Early wake up, 5.20am. Beautiful morning. We sailed off at 7am with coffee and rum to wake us up. and at 7.30 the first part of the trip was already over. The boat had others plans for the morning and decided to fell apart… not to bad as we ended up having our second (or third in some cases) breakfast at the pub while waiting for the boat to be repaired. Beer and fries, not too bad to be only 10.30am, usually at this time I’m still digesting my cappuccino.

Ok! here we go. Second day of training for the 7km run Around the bay in Wellington… Done! Very well guys, a lot of new entry and a lot of fun! Less than one month to go for the run… plenty of time for training

The run is also an opportunity to rise founds to help  Heart Foundation continue its vital work in research, cardiac rehabilitation, education programmes and resources.
